Lisa M. Lagreca, PA. C.P.

Biography:

Lisa Lagreca, Pa. C.P., is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal through Keystone Alliance and a Pennsylvania Notary. Lisa was recently honored and newly appointed Coordinator of Certification for the National Federation of Paralegal Association assisting the Director of Certification.

As a paralegal at Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC, Lisa assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate and corporate law practice, including, but not limited to, supporting the firm’s attorneys with commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, including commercial loan and other real estate financings, purchase agreements and related real estate conveyance documents, due diligence review, and organization and assistance with transaction closings. In addition, she is responsible for entity formations, governance, and maintenance of entity records for the firm’s clients, as well as on-line research and drafting of business-related agreements.

Lisa is a seasoned paralegal with over a decade of experience in the legal field, including real estate and finance, land development, municipal/government, corporate/business, estate planning/probate and administration, assessment collections, intellectual property, criminal law, and litigation support. She is a highly organized and motivated Paralegal with excellent people, data, office, and IT management skills.

Lisa attended Peirce College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies and graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her time at Peirce, she was a staff editor for the 1865 Peirce College Law Journal and published an article in its 2023 edition titled “Jack Daniel’s Has a Bone to Pick with a Dog Toy: When Does Parody Infringe on a Trademark?”

In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family—4 children and 5 grandchildren. She also likes to garden, run, and the beach.

Emma Wellington

Biography:

Emma Wellington is a recent graduate of Monmouth University in New Jersey, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. During her time at Monmouth, Emma was actively involved on campus as a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority, serving as Elections Team Coordinator, and as Vice President of the Ski Club. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable hands-on experience as a Pretrial Services Intern at the Monmouth County Superior Court in Freehold, New Jersey. In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active.

Kayleen Daley

Biography:

Kayleen Daley is a seasoned paralegal with over ten years’ experience. Kayleen is the firm’s Sr. Litigation Paralegal and has been with the firm for over five years. Her responsibilities include supporting the firm’s partners and litigation attorneys in all aspects of litigation practice, including complex real estate and financial disputes, prosecution and defense of collection and asset execution actions including commercial foreclosures.

Kayleen attends trials and assists with the preparation of such. She also assists with the preparing and filing of pleadings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and California State, Federal, Appellate and Bankruptcy Courts.

Kayleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has become a Pennsylvania licensed notary.

Kayleen is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong research skills, and ability to work well under pressure. She is a master at drafting legal documents, managing case files, and organizing complex legal information. Kayleen is also well-versed in the latest legal software and technology, making her an invaluable asset to our legal team.

In her free time, Kayleen enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with her husband at their son’s many school and sporting events.

Deborah M. Howard

Biography:

Debbie Howard is a paralegal at Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC. She assists with all aspects of the firm’s real estate and corporate law practice. Her responsibilities include supporting the firm’s attorneys with commercial and residential development projects, commercial, residential, and multi-family acquisition and sale transactions, and commercial loan and other real estate financings. She assists with the preparation of purchase agreements and related real estate conveyance documents, due diligence review, and organization and assistance with transaction closings. In addition, Ms. Howard is responsible for entity formations, governance and maintenance of entity records for the firm’s clients, as well as on-line research and drafting of business related agreements.

Ms. Howard has over 30 years experience in the legal field. Prior to joining Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC, she was employed for over ten years at O’Neill Properties Group, a large real estate developer located in King of Prussia, PA, serving as both a paralegal and as human resources coordinator. Prior thereto, she worked at the law firm of Kassab, Archbold & O’Brien in Media, PA for many years, starting as legal assistant to the firm’s founder and managing partner and moving into a corporate and leasing paralegal position. Prior to working at the Kassab firm, she was employed by the law firms of Cunningham, Albritton, Bee, Lenzi & Schiller in Marathon, FL and by Duane, Morris & Heckscher in their Paoli, PA office.

At times throughout her career, Ms. Howard has been a member of the Montgomery County Paralegal Association and was credentialed as a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal as sanctioned by the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations.
