Biography:

Kayleen Daley is a litigation paralegal with Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC. Her responsibilities include supporting the firm's litigation attorneys in all aspects of litigation practice, including complex real estate and financial disputes, prosecution and defense of collection and asset execution actions including commercial foreclosures. She assists with the preparation and filings of pleadings in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state, federal, appellate and bankruptcy courts, as well as with the American Arbitration Association.

Ms. Daley has over 10 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC, she was the direct Legal Assistant to the late founding and managing partner, David I. Davis, Esquire of Davis Bucco. In this position, Ms. Daley gained extensive knowledge of commercial and construction litigation and real estate transactions. In addition to Ms. Daley's Legal Assistant duties, she was also responsible for entity formations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and renewal of liquor licenses for various businesses. Ms. Daley also performed contract reviews using the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and ConsensusDocs programs. Ms. Daley began her journey in the legal field by interning in the summers during high school for local attorneys. She then went on to become a summer intern at the Luzerne County Register of Wills office during college. After graduating college, Ms. Daley became a Non-Attorney Social Security Disability Representative in which she represented people throughout the United States for Social Security Disability claims at the initial and reconsideration levels.

In March 2019, Ms. Daley was given the honor and privilege of delivering Attorney Davis' Memorial Minute before the Montgomery County Bar Association, which said Memorial Minute was published in the May 2019 edition of the Montgomery County Law Reporter.

Ms. Daley received her Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Daley is a Pennsylvania licensed Notary.
